Friendly and professional. The only problem was that my wife has severe COPD and there was construction in the parking lot raising a a lot of dust making her breathing difficult. If you have control over this I might suggest that you schedule the work to take place on Friday through Sunday when the office is closed.

The receptionist is always helpful and polite, which is very appreciated. Kathy Rose is down to earth, she listens to concerns and doesn't push uneeded medications. She really takes an interest to get to the patient as a person. Amazing experience.
